Before you order
Choose the game, product, platform and server that match your account. Read the listing for delivery requirements, then enter only the requested contact and in-game details at checkout. Payment options are shown on the checkout page.
After checkout
Save the order number. Payment confirmation and fulfillment are separate steps; PayPal eChecks may remain pending until PayPal confirms that they have cleared. Check طلباتي for the latest available status.
Receiving your order
Follow the delivery method shown on the listing or order. Some items require an in-game handoff or coordination with support. Delivery estimates vary by product and are not guaranteed completion times. See the Delivery Policy for details.
Changes, problems and refunds
If you entered the wrong server or character, or the delivered item does not match your order, contact support promptly with your order number and relevant details. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund information.
