Which customers qualify?
Only new customers qualify. Accounts created before the referral visit and customers with earlier paid orders are not eligible.
The first valid referral is retained. A customer is attributed for the referral period starting from the first tracked visit; changing links does not extend it. 365 days.
How is commission calculated?
5% · Commission is based on the discounted merchandise value, excluding payment fees. The rate is saved when the referred order is created. No commission is earned on giveaway prizes, self-referrals, unpaid, refunded or cancelled orders.
When can I withdraw?
Commission becomes available after order completion. Pending orders are shown separately. The minimum withdrawal is USD 50.00.
How are payouts handled?
Submit a withdrawal request with your PayPal, bank transfer or Alipay account details. The team reviews your request and processes payment manually. Track the result and any review note in your account.
What happens after a refund?
Refunded and cancelled orders reverse the corresponding commission. If a payout was already made, the adjustment is deducted from your remaining or future earnings.
What promotion methods are prohibited?
Self-referrals, misleading claims, unsolicited messages, impersonation and unauthorized use of copyrighted content are prohibited. Referral access may be suspended for abuse.
