1. About these terms
These terms apply when you access SaleGM or purchase a product or service from it. SaleGM is operated by YUNY NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Accounts and information
Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate contact, platform, server, character, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or an order has been accessed without permission.
3. Products, prices, and orders
Listings describe digital items, currency, boosting, or account-related services. Availability, specifications, and prices may change as game markets, stock, and game updates change. A checkout request is an order request; we may contact you to verify details or resolve a stock or pricing issue before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order as agreed, we will contact you about an available alternative or refund under the Refund Policy.
4. Payments
Payment is processed through the payment method shown at checkout. Do not send card or payment-account passwords to SaleGM. We may pause fulfillment while a payment or order is reviewed for security. We will contact you using the information supplied with the order if more information is needed.
5. Digital delivery and customer responsibilities
Digital products are delivered in-game, through a game platform, or by another method stated in the listing. There is no physical shipment unless a listing specifically says otherwise. You must check the selected game, platform, server, region, item, and delivery details before paying and remain available for any required handoff. See the Delivery Policy for more information.
6. Game publisher rules and risk
SaleGM is an independent third party and is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers. Each publisher controls its own game, accounts, and rules. Digital goods, account transfers, and boosting may be restricted by a game's terms or may carry a risk of game-side action. We cannot promise that a publisher will permit a particular transaction or that an account will never be restricted. Please review the applicable game rules and purchase only if you accept those risks.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud, unauthorized payment, abuse, unlawful activity, or to interfere with the site or another customer's use. Do not submit another person's account information without authorization. We may suspend access or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or a legal or security concern, subject to applicable law.

9. Site content and availability
SaleGM and its licensors retain rights in the site's own text, design, and materials. Game names and marks belong to their respective owners. We may update site content or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SaleGM is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed. This section does not limit liability where the law does not allow that limitation.
